The two chucks of the copper foil winding machine are driven by servo motors, which makes the two winding stocks have the same torque. This kind of copper foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of foil conductor with thickness 0.2mm ~ 2mm and aluminium foil with thickness 0.3mm ~ 3mm. Two photoelectric sensors are adopted to correct the position of the foil to make the foil have a proper position when winding, which guarantees the wound foil coil’s edge neat. With the control system based on PLC and a touch screen, the copper foil winding machine can be operated easily. All parameters of the copper foil winding machine can be input through the touch screen. The copper foil winding machine features slow starting, big torque, high automation and so on.
