The transformer core stacking table is special tooling for transformer core assembly, widely used for stacking and tilting stacked silicon steel and amorphous alloy cores. It is hydraulically driven and controlled by a handheld controller.
First, it provides accurate positioning for core stacking. The platform serves as a stable working base. Equipped with linear guides, it can adjust working positions to fit cores of different sizes, ensuring precise lamination alignment and avoiding offset, which is ideal for lap-joint amorphous core stacking.
Second, it realizes hydraulic tilting from 0 to 90 degrees with stable positioning at any angle. After stacking, the core can be tilted conveniently for coil sleeving, binding and unloading. It replaces overhead crane turning to prevent impact and collision damage.
Third, it offers heavy-load support. Models include 1T, 3T, 5T, 8T and more. The rigid frame minimizes platform deflection during tilting. It protects fragile amorphous cores from deformation and extra core loss.
Fourth, working height is suitable for operators working, cutting labor intensity. It also comes with safety protections such as limit switches and overload safeguard. It improves production consistency for distribution transformers, amorphous transformers and reactors. Custom specifications are available on request.
