This type of automatic core cutting machine can cut different width of silicon steel and the width is from 40mm to 400mm. Moreover, the automatic core cutting machine can punch holes on the strip if needing. With servo motor, the automatic core cutting machine can make cutting and punching actions precisely. The automatic core cutting machine’s cutter blade adopts carbide cutter knife with HRC88 ~ 90 hardness. The cutter can cut the silicon steel 5 million times without being reground. The automatic core cutting machine is with step functions and can cut step lap strips. With PLC control system and HIM, the reactor core cutting machine can be operated easily.
