Up to 600mm width silicon steel strip can be cut with this kind of automatic core cutting machine, moreover, holes also can be punched as requested too. The automatic core cutting machine is provided with servo motors to drive cutting and punching actions. Servo motors can guarantee the accuracy of the actions. The cutter and shearing blade of the automatic core cutting machine adopts carbide cutter knife with HRC88 ~ 90 hardness. This kind of blade only need regrind after cutting more than 5 million times. With PLC control , it is very easy to operate the automatic core cutting machine through a touch screen.
