Transformer core cutting machine HJX600-LLB is mainly used to cut the silicon steel strip and the cut strip can be used to make transformer core’s legs or yokes. The kind of cut to length line can cut the strip with maximum width 600mm. The transformer core cutting machine is with functions of two cutting and two punching as requested. The core cutting machine can also be used to cut and punch silicon steel strip to make fully inclined seam, half inclined seam and straight seam transformer iron core laminating sheet. All actions of the transformer core cutting machine, such as cutting, punching and feeding the silicon steel strip, are driven by servo motors, which guarantees the precision of the actions. With PLC and HMI, the transformer core cutting machine features high precision, high automation, easy operation and so on.
