Product Overview

The BRJ400-2-2 Automatic Copper Foil Winding Machine is a professional industrial foil strip winder specially designed for high-precision reactor coil manufacturing. Built with dual foil decoilers and dual insulation paper decoilers, this reactor foil winding machine supports single/double-layer winding of copper foil, aluminum foil and matching insulation paper, meeting diverse coil production requirements. Equipped with a dual-chuck core clamping structure, the equipment enables direct foil winding on iron cores, ensuring compact coil structure and high winding uniformity. Adopting standard PLC and HMI touch screen intelligent control system, the BRJ400-2-2 foil winder delivers stable operation, high automation, simple parameter adjustment and low manual dependence, ideal for mass production of reactor foil coils. The foil winding machine is provided with cold welding for welding foil with bus bar together.
