Automatic coil winding machine ZPX250 is a small and medium coil winder machine, which can wind both copper flat or round wire and aluminium flat or round wire. The automatic coil winding machine can wind the coil with maximum height 250mm. The automatic coil winding machine is provided with main winding motor, wire guide, touch screen, a foot pedal and so on. The wire guide is driven by 750w servo motor, which guarantees the excellent start - stop actions. The touch screen is colored one, there is a user friendly interface and the parameters can be input through the touch screen. With PLC based on control system and HMI, the automatic coil winding machine can be operated easily.
