The automatic coil winding machine is provided with main winding motor, wire guide, touch screen, a foot pedal and so on. One servo motor with power 0.75kw is adopted to drive the wire guide, which guarantees the precision of the start and stop actions. The touch screen of the automatic coil winding machine provides a user friendly interface and the parameters can be input through the touch screen. With PLC control system and HMI, the automatic coil winding machine can be operated easily. The tensioning system ensures that the wire is properly tensioned during the winding process. The automatic coil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running and so on.
