Transformer foil winding machine BRJ600-2 is a special conductor foil winder equipment. The transformer foil winding machine can wind both copper foil and aluminium foil, which is mainly used to make cast resin transformer coils and other similar products. With two foil decoilers and two insulation decoilers, the transformer foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with photoelectric sensors for correcting the position of foil to guarantee the foil edge neat when the foil winding machine is winding foil. With HMI and control system based on PLC, the transformer foil winding machine can be operated easily and intuitively.
