Product Overview 

The BRJ300-2 dry transformer foil winding machine is built for manufacturing foil coils for dry-type transformers and comparable electrical wound components. The foil winding machine supports winding with one or two conductor foil layers (copper or aluminum), paired with 1 or 2 layers of insulation paper as required by coil design. This foil winding machine comes fitted with an integrated cold pressure welding assembly, designed to join conductor foil and bus bars reliably without thermal damage to the material. Operators use the foot pedal to start, stop, and toggle rotation direction conveniently. The foil winding machine delivers soft start, stable winding performance and straightforward operation for workshop production.
