Product Description

The WR-5T heavy-duty semi-automatic horizontal coil winder is purpose-built for transformer coil fabrication, supporting winding work with copper wire and aluminum conductors for distribution transformers, reactors and similar electromagnetic components. Engineered for workshop flexibility, this winding machine integrates a digital preset turn counter to precisely track winding turns, eliminating manual counting errors during batch production. Operators can smoothly adjust winding speed via the potentiometer fitted on the control board, while the foot pedal enables convenient forward/reverse rotation switching to streamline clamping and coil setup. Delivering stable high torque output, the WR-5T horizontal coil winding machine is friendly for less-experienced operators and suitable for continuous shift production. Constructed with a solid welded main frame, the coil winding machine can adopt different kinds of molds. The modular design keeps maintenance straightforward and reduces downtime for transformer manufacturers.
