This kind of transformer foil winding machine can wind copper or aluminium foil with maximum width 1600mm and wind insulation paper. 30kw motor are adopted to drive the machine, which can wind one or two layers of foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. The foil winding machine can correct the position of foil with photoelectric sensors. With PLC control system, the foil winding machine can wind the foil automatically according to the parameters input.
